The Healix Advantage
Beyond simply providing you with infusion services, we partner with you to achieve your goals.
- Superior clinical care
For Healix-managed infusion centers with nursing and pharmacy, we employ only highly-trained Registered Nurses with significant infusion experience along with skilled pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Our clinical team completes regular, in-depth training programs through our online Healix University as well as in-person, on-site sessions. - Transparency
Healix gives our clients full control over patient treatment. As a client, you and your team will have complete access to which patients are being seen in the infusion center, who is scheduled for the day, the status of insurance verifications, and which patients are buy-and-bill versus specialty pharmacy. - Patient satisfaction
In 22,000 patients surveyed, 98% of patients rate their care at a Healix-managed infusion center as “excellent.” The office-based infusion setting provides enhanced quality of care, convenience of care, and continuity of care. Patients enjoy improved communications with the clinical care team as the physician maintains direct supervision through the duration of treatment. The patient also is able to go to one location for all aspects of their therapy, including office visits, infusion or injection, education, and follow-up. Patients additionally receive greater comfort with the consistency of the nursing and office staff rather than rotating nurses. - Regulatory Compliance
Healix ensures patient treatment guidelines and drug storage solutions meet regulatory criteria. We compound patient-specific ready-to-use medications in a state-of-the-art accredited pharmacy facility that meets or exceeds United States Pharmacopeia (USP) industry standards, with a focus on chapters USP <797> and USP <800>. - Comprehensive Verification of Benefits
We perform comprehensive verification of benefits to confirm insurance coverage and authorization prior to patient treatment. Additionally, we monitor verifications to check profitability on each case and reverify benefits prior to any subsequent infusions. - Dedicated Client Services Manager
Acting as your dedicated Healix liaison, the Client Services Manager oversees every aspect of your infusion practice, consistently analyzing your practice and the market to enhance the value of your program.
