Brit Pim

Chief Executive Officer

Brit Pim joined Healix as Chief Executive Officer in 2017. With broad healthcare industry experience, he has an extensive background in regulated lines of business in managed care and pharmacy benefit management. Additionally, Brit serves as a board member and advisor to several healthcare services and technology companies. Before joining Healix, Brit was President of Express Scripts, Government Programs Division, and CEO of Express Scripts Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Express Scripts. During his 12 year tenure with the company, he played key roles in integrating nearly $40B in acquisitions. Brit also brings 10 years of consulting experience with Ernst & Young and experience at BlueCross BlueShield of Ohio.

Tom Reinckens

Chief Information & Procurement Officer

Tom joined the Healix team in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Technology, bringing over 20 years of healthcare experience in the Prescription Benefit Management and post-acute care industries. Prior to Healix, Tom was the Senior Vice President of Operations at CareCentrix, where he was responsible for revenue cycle management operations, provider relations, central analytics, and product development initiatives in the post-acute and home infusion areas. Before joining CareCentrix, Tom was the Vice President of Government Programs at Express Scripts for 14 years, where he oversaw numerous operational, technical, and business areas for the Medicare and Medicaid lines of business, analytics, and business transformation for the company.

Bryan Briley

Senior Vice President Revenue Cycle

Bryan Briley joined Healix in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle, bringing over 30 years of healthcare experience with 20 years in Infusion Specialty. Before joining Healix, he was with Centene, the largest governmental payer. He was responsible for driving EFT adoption for 500,000 providers and 14 million claims monthly, resulting in cost savings of over $2 million for Centene’s largest customers. Before joining Centene, Bryan was the Vice President of Revenue Cycle for BioScrip/Option Care. Prior to transitioning into the RCM VP role, he was responsible for Pharmacy Operations for the St. Louis Market and supported the Mid-West Pharmacy Region. Bryan also spent 14 years with Coram Specialty Infusion, CVS/Apria Healthcare where he oversaw numerous operational functions, including Referrals, Pharmacy Operations, and the day-to-day processes for Revenue Cycle. In addition, Bryan was responsible for implementing the industry “Best Demonstrated Practices” to drive and improve business outcomes.

Blake Griese

General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Pharmacy

Blake Griese joined Healix in 2018 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Pharmacy and Deputy General Counsel. Over his career, Blake has worked closely with federal and state agencies on critical healthcare and pharmacy-related issues. Before joining Healix, Blake was legal and regulatory counsel for AlixaRx. During his time there, he helped the company grow from a start-up to a national institutional pharmacy provider. Prior to AlixaRx, Blake was an attorney at Hall Render where his practice was focused on regulatory, compliance, and administrative law matters in the healthcare space. He is also a licensed pharmacist and has experience in various pharmacy practice settings. Blake received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University and earned his Juris Doctor with a focus in Health Law from Saint Louis University.

John Park

Senior Vice President of Client Contracting and Implementation

John Park joined Healix in May of 2000 as the Vice President of Client Services. With over 25 years of experience in accounting, banking, finance and client relationship management, John brings a unique skill set to both current and prospective clients. He has previously held positions as the Vice President with Chase Bank of Texas in Middle Market and Real Estate banking and as a CPA and Senior Auditor for Arthur Young & Co. John received a BBA in Accounting from Harding University and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University.

Brenda Parker

Senior Vice President of Nursing

Brenda Parker has been an employee of Healix since 1998 and joined the Executive Team in February 2000 to serve as the Vice President of Nursing. Brenda has more than 25 years of nursing experience, including infusion therapy and more than 20 years of leadership and management expertise. Her accolades in the field are numerous and include national acknowledgement for high standards of practice in the nursing profession.

Lucinda Van Anglen

Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy & Research

Lucinda J. Van Anglen, B.S., Pharm.D., FIDSA, joined Healix in 1994. Her curriculum vitae includes work as Homecare Surveyor for the Joint Commission, hospital clinical pharmacist specializing in nutritional support and infectious disease, Nutrition Specialist with B. Braun (formerly known as McGaw), and manager of two home health care companies. Lucinda has also served as the Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator, Practice Programs at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, completed her Pharmacy Practice Residency at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota, part of the Mayo Clinic, and was awarded her post-baccalaureate Pharm.D. degree from the University of Utah. Lucinda’s clinical expertise and dedication to excellence drive the development of stringent protocols and help Healix create the highest quality of pharmaceuticals.

Casey Lucas

Executive Vice President, Sales & Client Operations

Casey Lucas has been an employee of Healix since 2001 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Client Services and Transformation. Since joining the company, Casey has been instrumental in opening and managing Office Infusion Centers across the nation. In his current role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of all infusion centers. Casey received his BBA from St. Edward’s University and his MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Julie Huppert

Senior Vice President, Market Development

Julie joined Healix in 2019 and is the Senior Vice President, Market Development and has more than 25 years of healthcare experience including Medicare, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Before joining Healix, Julie held numerous vice president and leadership roles with Express Scripts, where she focused on business transformation, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) integrations, and new solution development to proactively assist clients to navigate the complexities associated with an evolving regulatory landscape and healthcare marketplace.

Angela Lott

Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Angela Lott, RPh, BCGP, brings over 30 years’ experience in pharmacy services to Healix. Prior to joining the Healix Corporate Pharmacy team in 2014, Angela held various positions at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Houston Methodist Hospital system, Response Oncology, and West Wharton County Hospital District, and also provided independent geriatric consulting. Angela is a graduate of the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist.

Melisa Norton

Chief Financial Officer

An employee of Healix since 1999, Melisa Norton currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of healthcare, business, and financial services experience, Melisa’s expertise and commitment to best practices bring considerable value to Healix’s financial performance. Melisa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as part of the Red McComb’s School of Business with a degree in Accounting.

Ari Hovsepyan

Chief Financial Officer

Ari Hovsepyan is an experienced financial executive having served as CFO for several technology and healthcare companies. Before joining Healix, Ari’s previous roles included Lone Peak Dental Group, Coram Healthcare, and Fujitsu America, Inc., where he led the overall finance, accounting, and compliance functions and was instrumental to the Company’s strategic transformation. At Coram Healthcare, Ari was able to develop deep infusion industry experience. Ari has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and obtained his CPA. He also completed an Advanced Management program at Dartmouth University.

Todd Seman

Vice President of Sales

Todd Seman joined Healix as Vice President of Sales in August 2018 and has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience. Todd brings a diverse work background that includes 6 years as a science teacher, merchant processing small business owner, and most recently, spending 12 years in various roles with Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Todd holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree from Cleveland State University.
